Your order is very important to us. Every effort will be made to process your order quickly and accurately. We have tried very hard to ensure our product photos are true color and that our descriptions are accurate. Minimum fabric cut is ½ yard.
We accept Visa, and MasterCard. If you don’t wish to use your credit card online, you can call us during our regular business hours (877-876-3243). If you wish to pay with check or money order, we will hold your order until your check clears the bank.
We have estimated shipping on all orders, so you have an idea of what your shipping will be. They are only estimates. We mainly use United States Postal Service (USPS). Insurance is available for any order, and is encouraged as we can’t be responsible for the Post Office. If you want insurance please state your wishes in the comment section. On every order we include delivery confirmation. This ensures us you have received your package and who signed for it.

We don’t accept returns or give refunds on cut fabric. However, if you accidentally receive the wrong item, or the fabric was inadvertently sent to you with manufacturer flaw, we will gladly correct the error. Books and Patterns are not returnable. Items other than cut fabric/kits may be returned up to 30 days provided they are in there original packaging and resaleable. Customer pays for return shipping and credit will be issued for returned item only. We are very confident in the quality of our product, as we work with the best fabric manufactures.
